Can I customize my gemstone bracelet?

SIZE: Yes, you can customize the size of your bracelet to any custom sizing including smaller ones for children. Simply leave us a note in the “Order Special Instructions” section of the cart.

BEADS: If we have the beads available we will be more than happy to make you a custom bracelet. Send us an email hello@justzen.co.za get started.

There is a 7 – 14 day turn around on custom orders.

What materials are used in the Just Zen bracelets? Are the metals hypoallergenic?

We use high quality semi-precious gemstones to make our bracelets. These gemstones are sourced from all around the world. Our Madagascar rose quartz comes from Madagascar, a lot of the other stones are from India and Brazil sourced from fair trade companies.

The metal used in our bracelets can be stainless steel or gold-plated brass. They are all lead and nickel free.

Why is cleansing your crystal bracelet important?

Cleansing the energy of your bracelet is just as important as keeping it physically clean. Crystals are naturally extracted from the earth and therefore naturally retain the energies of the sun, moon and the ocean which are all considered natural healing energies.

How often do I need to cleanse my bracelet?

As a general guideline, the more you wear your bracelet the more energy it collects through direct contact with you and your environment. A good rule of thumb is to cleanse it at least once a month to make sure it stays high vibe. However, I always recommend using your intuition as much as possible. If your bracelet feels energetically heavier than usual and disconnected from you, it is most likely time for a cleanse.

How do I activate and use my bracelet for manifestation?

Intention setting is a very important step and should be done as soon as you receive your bracelet. Hold your bracelet in both your hands, close your eyes, take a deep breath, and say your intention. Your intention can be any desire related to the energy qualities of the stones.

Are the gemstone bracelets for everyday use? How durable are gemstone bracelets?

Your Just Zen gemstone bracelet is meant for everyday use. However, our bracelets are handmade with natural semi-precious gemstones and should not be submerged in water or be exposed to harsh soaps and cleaning products. Also, consistent rubbing on surfaces may scratch the stones or the metals.

Which hand do I wear my gemstone bracelet on?

Your left hand is your receiving hand. If you are asking for something to come into your life, then wear your bracelet on your left hand. If you are wearing your bracelet to send a specific type of energy to someone else, then wear your bracelet on your right hand (giving hand).

How many bracelets can I wear at the same time?

You can wear multiple bracelets at the same time. If you are energetically sensitive to crystals and tend to get overwhelmed by their energies, you may want to experiment with each bracelet first before stacking them.

How long does shipping take?

We typically process orders within 2 business days and ship domestic orders via a local courier company with full tracking provided on shipping of goods.  You should expect to receive your order within 4-7 days after you receive an email confirmation of the shipment. What if I order the wrong size?

If you receive your bracelet and they do not fit correctly please send us an email to hello@justzen.co.za as soon as possible. All products must be in their original condition. We exchange products within 30 days of purchase.

What do I do if my bracelet breaks?

The stretch band on your bracelet is extremely durable and your bracelet is made to be worn every day, however, after continuous wear and tear and stretching as you put them on and take them off, the stretch band may break. If that happens, try and collect all the beads and keep in a dry zip log bag. Send us an email to hello@justzen.co.za with as much information and we will either replace or repair your bracelet for you.   You can also drop of your bracelet at one of out outlets and our consultants will help you with the process.

Please note: Just Zen offers a warranty of 90-days on all bracelets. If your jewellery breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will honour a one-time replacement of that piece. Please email a photo of your piece to hello@justzen.co.za within that time period. Then, we will either send you a brand new piece or repair your original bracelet for you. Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement bracelet to ship out.

After the 90 days, there will be a R60 charge for all repairs. Please collect all your bracelet components and email us at hello@justzen.co.za to get this process started.
