We hope that you love your purchase from Just Zen.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and would like to exchange or return your Just Zen product we will happily exchange your size or give you a refund, within 30 days of the date your package was delivered.
Please inspect your product upon receipt and notify us immediately if you have any concerns by sending us an email at email@example.com with your order number and as much detail as possible.
Products must be unworn. Bracelets, all cards, and bracelet pouch/box must be in their original condition.
Just Zen offers a warranty of 90-days on all bracelets. If your jewellery breaks within 90 days of purchase, we will honour a one-time replacement of that piece. Please email a photo of your piece to firstname.lastname@example.org within that time period. Then, we will either send you a brand-new piece or repair your original bracelet for you.
Please note that it may take 7-10 business days for your replacement bracelet to ship out. After the 90 days, there will be a R60 charge for all repairs. Please collect all your bracelet components and email us to get this process started. You can also drop of your bracelet at one of our outlets to facilitate the process.
We will be more than happy to work with you to get you the Just Zen product that best serves you. Please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

We charge a flat fee of R60 for all domestic orders under R500. Orders are fulfilled within 2 business days and are shipped local courier which typically takes 3-5 days to arrive to your door, outlying areas are 7 to 10 days.
Orders over R500 enjoy free domestic courier via local door to door courier service.
